The return must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods;
• the product cannot be used;
• the product must have an ideal product appearance;
• the product must be in the original packaging;
• individual accessories supplementing basic products are not accepted for return;
• the refund is made after the product has been received and checked by the company's specialist that it is in perfect condition;
• Return of the product with a gift or a promotion. The return of the entire set (full package or product + gift) will be mandatory to continue the refund procedure.
In the case of “self-delivery”, the product is not subject to return.
